"Thin Blue Wire Scenario" field test, 11 July 2002

Briefing:
The Tele-Actor response center has been notified that a dangerous device was placed somewhere in the courtyard outside Etcheverry Hall and that it is set to go off at 3:30pm PST on 11 July, 2002.
Recognizing that "many heads are better than one" the Tele-Actor is being asked to:
1) locate the device (a grey box about the size of a shoebox)
2) retrieve and open the device
3) Defuse the device by locating and cutting the Thin Blue Wire
